State Park Ranger Gilbert Entao suddenly passed away from
cardiac complications in early March. He had worked for the Department
only a few years, and was last assigned to Folsom Lake SRA.
Friends of Gil and the family are putting together a special
fund to help his wife Kathy and two very small children. CSPRA
places a strong emphasis on family support in time of need and
encourages your support and participation.
Two things are under way right now; seeking donations to the
Memorial Fund, and auction of original artwork.
Memorial Fund
A Memorial Fund has been established for Gil's family. Anyone

Art Auction
An original watercolor is being auctioned to the highest bidder.
All funds from the sale will go directly to the Gilbert Entao

28, 2007, at 5:00 pm.
As of Monday, March 26th, a high bid
of $300.00 had been received.
The Great Blue Heron artwork measures 12 1/2" x 11 1/4"
after matting, the finished size is 16" x 16" which
will fit a ready-made frame. Artist Grennell selected acid-free,
300-pound "Arches" cold pressed smooth finish paper
as his underlying medium.
