GrayBears

In July 2009 the department asked GrayBears to help find several missing recipients of the Governor's Medal of Valor. Mike Whitehead found this cover story from April 1984 featuring 2 still missing recipients Paul G. Holman and William L. (Bill) Robinson (standing next to 1 of my favorite Republicans and 2 not so much).
