We want you, the former employees of this great
park, to help it turn 75 in style.
On May 19th & 20th 2006, former employees will
be given the opportunity to camp free at Sunset State Beach in
commemoration of the hard work and dedication that they have
lavished on the park over the years. An entire camping loop has
been reserved for this get-together, with a free catered lunch
on the 20th, a special Campfire Program for that evening, and
a variety of other activities in the works.
Celebrate Sunset State Beach's 75th, Saturday May
20, 2006,11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Celebrate the first State Park
established with California State bond funds, with our heartfelt
thanks to park advocates and activists of that day. Music, fun
& food, arts & crafts, games and stories. Make and fly
