Rendezvous Opens, set up camp after 2PM

Park Project
We build or repair a park facility as a thank you to the park staff for hosting the group 

Friday Night Roadkill Grille
The "Roadkill Grille" is comprised of whatever the participants run-over or purchase to BAR-B-Q and a Pot-Luck dish to share with others. For those participants that are staying at motels, or commuting to the event, the local Markets in Turlock have Deli counters and Bakeries.

Sample unusual culinary delights in this "braggard's" potluck - enjoy such items as wild boar, rabbit, salmon and venison.

 Saturday Activities

Continental Breakfast - 8:00 AM
Pastries, fruit, orange juice, coffee, and tea.

Pitch & Putt Golf - 11:00 AM

CSPRA Board Meeting - 2:00 PM
The Board holds its regular meeting during the Rendezvous. An open discussion on Retired Employee activities, participation in CSPRA and the Annual Conference/GEC, will precede the Board Meeting at 1:30 PM.

Early BBQ Dinner - 3:30 PM
The BBQ dinner starts at 3:30 with the Beef and Chicken, Beans and Cake furnished by CSPRA. We ask participants to bring veggie plates; salads (green, potato, macaroni, etc), bread and/or rolls.

Auction Fundraiser Raffle
Bid on donated and home made crafts, confections, jellies and other specialty items to offset expenses. Any funds raised over expenses, going to the CSPRA Jim Whitehead Memorial Scholarship Fund
